Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping at camcamp security camera. We hope you like your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied with the product or require repairs, we are here to help you.

Warranty period

Camcamp security camera provides warranty service and official customer support, which is only applicable to brand new certified refurbished products purchased from camcamp security camera official website, Amazon official store, eBay, AliExpress, etc. and other official authorized channels such as Indiegogo, Catch of the Day, etc.

If there is a problem with the product, you can return it within 30 days, (For the process on how to apply for a refund return, please review our Refund Return Policy)we provide a one-year warranty.

Return and exchange within 12 months warranty

1: During the warranty period within 12 months of your purchase, if the original manufacturing material or workmanship of the product is deemed defective, camcamp will replace it with the same or similar product free of charge. 
2: Products and parts replaced in accordance with the terms of this warranty become camcamp 's property and will not be returned to you.
3: If the product and/or parts need to be repaired after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts costs. :
4: If you sell or transfer the product in other ways, the warranty will be terminated

When a product with quality problems within 30 days needs to be repaired, we will bear the shipping cost of the product back and forth. If it exceeds 30 days but is still within the 12-month maintenance period, the customer needs to bear the round-trip postage of the product.

What's not covered under warranty?

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Lost or stolen product
  3. Trademarks, serial numbers, and product labels have been removed, altered or tampered with;
  4. Non-quality related issues (30 days after purchase)
  5. Items beyond the warranty period
  6. Third-party maintenance
  7. Damage from external sources
  8. Damage caused by improper use of the product (including but not limited to: damage caused by dropping, extreme temperature, water ingress, improper operation of equipment, use of wrong power adapter, etc.)
  9. The product comes from an unauthorizeddistributor;
  10. If you bought your camera from a distributor, look for the relevant dealer warranty!

    Limitation of damages

    Camcamp security camera is not responsible for other additional guarantees or promises promised by dealers, agents, distributors or any other third parties. If they promise you some additional promises or guarantees, please ask for written documents to protect your rights.

    Except for the invalidation of the above warranty, under any circumstances, camcamp security camera shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, exemplary or special damages caused by or related to this limited warranty or product, including loss of data or configuration files. Any damage caused, and the total cumulative liability of camcamp security camera arising from or related to this limited warranty or product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product.

    Return and refund policy

    Product: At camcamp security camera, we are committed to satisfying customers. If the product does not meet your expectations or has defects, you can refer to the following policy to apply for a refund, replacement or repair according to your situation.

    How to apply for warranty?

    The round-trip shipping of the product is borne by the buyer, and camcamp does not bear the round-trip shipping of the product.
