Both Customer and Company have the right to terminate any service agreement for any reason, including termination of services already in progress. No refunds will be provided if the Services are deemed to have commenced and are for all intents and purposes in progress. Any payments made in connection with the provision of unused services shall be refunded.

Warranty and Liability

  • Camcamp warrants that its products and services are as described herein.
  • Camcamp provides a 1 year warranty on all components, parts it provides from the date of purchase.
  • Camcamp security cameras will be returned free of charge within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • If the customer requests a repair or replacement and no warranty issue is found, or if it is caused by the customer's sole act or error, the customer will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
  • All materials used in camcamp security cameras conform to industry standards.

except as expressly provided herein, camcamp disclaims all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of services or products. parts, equipment and software may have separate manufacturer or other third party warranties, and customer agrees to submit any such claims only to the manufacturer. Camcamp is not responsible for any third party software or any security holes or vulnerabilities in the facilities or connections used or provided by customer. Customer agrees that camcamp shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or failure of repair related to, caused by, or resulting from a defect in Customer's hardware, such as a crashed hard drive, or damaged, corrupted, or otherwise unusable software or data. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained using third party services or products is at the sole discretion and risk of the customer. Customer's use of any product or service is at Customer's sole risk.
