Conditions for return and exchange

1.the product was damaged in transit and you have proof of damage from the carrier or the carrier.

No reason for returns and exchange requests within 30 days

Return and exchange process

Please contact us by support@camcamptech.com with the following details: your name, order number, your contact number and details of the product you are returning, along with its serial number.

After receiving your email, we will send you a return form and label. Please complete the return form, attach the label to the outside of the package, and return the package to us as instructed.

Items need to be returned in resalable condition (unless faulty) and in the original packaging with the contents of the box, including manuals and cables. Items should be in good condition and unused.

 

Return shipping costs

1: If the product is damaged during transportation, the quality problem during use, the description does not match, etc., then we will bear the return shipping cost

2: If it's not a product quality problem, just don't want it, then the customer needs to bear the return shipping cost.

 

Return and refund processing time

1 After receiving your return email request, we will process your return request within 1-2 business days. If your return request meets the requirements, we will provide a warehouse address for your return.

2: After the return is completed, please provide us with your waybill number and carrier, we will refund your product fee to the account you originally paid within 1-2 business days after receiving the product. If you need an exchange, we will send you a replacement product within 1-2 business days when we receive the goods.

3: If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected.

The refund request for the 30-day money-back guarantee expires 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. For products that exceed this 30-day window, refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed.
For purchases not made directly through camcamp's online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.
