Camcamp is a new brand focusing on security cameras, we launched in the US in May 2022 .we have been continuously working on developing security cameras with more complete functions and the greatest applicability. In order to meet the needs of more customers, we will continue to develop and upgrade products. Now our security cameras cover a variety of different usage scenarios and functions, including wireless / wired, indoor / outdoor, constant power / low power consumption, sets / single products etc..

At present, we have 2 official websites selling camcamp products, one is our comprehensive mall that sells all camcamp products. Another site where we only sell security cameras. We are committed to creating a professional and reliable security theme website to provide customers with better service. In addition, we have a dedicated R&D team that specializes in new security cameras.

We sell our products worldwide, but currently sell our products primarily in the United States and license these distributors to sell on platforms such as Amazon.

After placing an order, how long will it take to receive the goods?

Orders placed on the camcamp Security Cameras website can only be shipped to the United States, the rest of the countries is not available for delivery at this time. The order processing time is 1-2 working days, and the estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days. If you have not received the goods within the time limit, you You can call the local post office for consultation. How much is the shipping fees: 

You are not responsible for any shipping and taxes. Free shipping and tax free.

How can I check my order?

When you place an order, you can see an order number on the checkout page, and we will also send the order details and tracking number to your email. How do I request a return refund request?

Return and exchange within 12 months warranty

1: During the warranty period within 12 months of your purchase, if the original manufacturing material or workmanship of the product is deemed defective, camcamp will replace it with the same or similar product free of charge. 
2: Products and parts replaced in accordance with the terms of this warranty become camcamp 's property and will not be returned to you.
3: If the product and/or parts need to be repaired after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts costs. :
4: If you sell or transfer the product in other ways, the warranty will be terminated

Tax
We will bear all the taxes, you don't have to bear any taxes, the taxes are free!

The warranty does not cover the following

  1. Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  2. Lost or stolen product
  3. Trademarks, serial numbers, and product labels have been removed, altered or tampered with;
  4. Non-quality related issues (30 days after purchase)
  5. Items beyond the warranty period
  6. Third-party maintenance
  7. Damage from external sources
  8. Damage caused by improper use of the product (including but not limited to: damage caused by dropping, extreme temperature, water ingress, improper operation of equipment, use of wrong power adapter, etc.)
  9. The product comes from an unauthorizeddistributor;
  10. If you bought your camera from a distributor, look for the relevant distributor warranty!

Free returns within 30 days

You may return your order for free and a full refund within 30 days of the date you receive it, see the full terms of this policy below.

 Please make sure you pick up and keep the courier's proof of postage when you mail your return to us, as we may ask for proof in case of loss.

Return requirements:

1: To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and free of manufacturing defects.
2: The product needs to be returned with the attached accessories and gifts as well as the original receipt.
3: The product must be returned in the original packaging.

Return shipping fee:

1: For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for the freight.
2: If it is a quality problem, camcamp will bear the return and exchange freight.

Refund amount:
Within the scope of the return policy and warranty policy, once a return occurs, we will refund the cost of the product.

Return and refund processing time:
1: After receiving your return email request, we will process your return request within 1-2 working days. If your return request meets the requirements, we will provide the warehouse address for you to return the goods.
2: When your return is complete, please provide your tracking number and carrier to us, and we will return the product to your original payment account within 1-2 working days after receiving the product.
3: If the product does not meet the above requirements, the return may be rejected

The refund request for the 30-day money-back guarantee expires 30 days after the warranty claim is filed. For products that exceed this 30-day window, refund requests for non-quality issues cannot be processed.
For purchases not made directly through camcamp's online store, please contact the retailer for a refund.

Quality problem returns within 30 days
If your product has quality problems within 30 days after purchase, please contact us for a refund for you. If you cannot accept the replacement, we will refund you.

Return and exchange process

Please contact us by email with the following details: your name, order number, your contact number and details of the product you are returning, along with its serial number.

After receiving your email, we will send you a return form and label. Please complete the return form, attach the label to the outside of the package, and return the package to us as instructed.

Items need to be returned in resalable condition (unless faulty) and in the original packaging with the contents of the box, including manuals and cables. Items should be in good condition and unused.

Refund amount:
For returns with quality problems, we will refund your product fee to your original payment account within 1-2 working days after receiving the goods.

Exchange within 30 days:

Exchange requirements:
If one of the following is true, you are eligible to replace the product within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product:
1. The product was damaged during transportation, and you have the damage certificate provided by the carrier or transporter;
2. The product is clearly inconsistent with its description in one or more aspects.
3. The product is defective and the defect is not caused by misuse, improper handling or force majeure.

Exchange shipping fee:
1: If your order is eligible for return/exchange, camcamp will pay the return and exchange freight.
2: If your return/exchange request is not approved, and you still need to return or exchange the goods, you must bear the return/exchange freight. Returns need to be sent to our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

Replacement processing time:
1: After receiving your request, if you meet our exchange requirements, we will exchange the goods for you within 1-2 working days and give you a tracking number after delivery.After delivery, we will send a tracking number to your mailbox, you can check the logistics information on the 17track website according to this tracking number.
